The mission of Professional Development for Pueblo School District 70 is to enhance the knowledge, skills and performance of all employees to advance student learning. Professional Development of all school staff members is essential to improving the learning of all children. Effective staff development focuses on the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of teachers, administrators, and other school employees so that all students can learn and perform at their highest level.
Our goal is to provide professional development which will ensure:
- Highly Qualified personnel in every classroom and department
- Effective leadership for every school in the district
- High levels of continuous learning for all; and Application of learning to benefit students
