IT Help/Service Desk

We institute an IT Help/Service Desk which allows district students and employees to gain assistance faster than ever. IT employs a system for entering work order in order to dispatch designated individuals in a organized and timely manner. To date, the IT Helpdesk has proven itself to be more than just an added benefit, but an invaluable asset to our students and personnel.
In the 2006-2007 school year, select student from District 70's Pueblo Technical Academy will be assisting IT Specialists. You may find one of several PTA students on the other end of the line when you call the IT Helpdesk! The partnership proves beneficial to both our IT center as well as providing real-life work experience for PTA students.
