To maintain the District's facilities in such a manner that they are safe, attractive, comfortable, and efficient through the highest standard of craftsmanship and workmanship.

About Us

Maintenance Services proudly maintains 22 schools, one administration complex, which includes one maintenance and one warehouse building, and three bus garages which span 400 acres across Pueblo County. Total building space maintained is near 1,400,000 square feet! The department consists of 21 employees who service over 30 District No. 70 locations. We stock approximately $400,000 in inventory to meet the educational needs of the District. Warehouse Services consists of five employees and drivers cover over 1,800 miles bi-weekly, an area larger than the state of Rhode Island!
