Student Records

To request an official copy of your high school transcript from School District No. 70 you will need to provide a written request. This request must contain the following information and be signed by the person owning the records. Or you may print the Release of Transcript or Education Records on this web site and fax it to (719) 542-0225 or mail it to Pueblo School District 70 at 24951 E. Hwy 50 E., Pueblo, Co 81006

  • Full name you used when you graduated
  • Year you graduated or withdrew
  • High school attended
  • Reason for transcript request (for a job or college application)?
  • If the transcript is for a college application, please include your social security number and the address of the school requesting records. Most colleges require that we mail the transcripts directly to them.
  • Mailing address or date/time requesting for pick-up

There is no fee for this service.
Most records can be processed within 24 hours but additional time (2 to 3 days) is appreciated.
