Coach Survey

Dear Parent,

Your student had the opportunity to participate in a high school sport this past season. We hope that your student enjoyed participating in his or her chosen sport. As a district, we are always interested in making sure that we offer the best experience for our students as possible, whether in the classroom or in athletics.

As part of our athletic program, we would like to ensure that our coaching staff is working hard to provide a safe and rewarding program for our students. We would appreciate it very much if you would take the time to complete the following survey for the coach or coaches who worked with your student this past season. Once you have completed the survey, please click Submit to send your comments to the Director of Personnel Services.

The Athletic Director (AD) at each school is still responsible for the evaluation of our coaches. This survey will be used by the AD to improve the quality of coaching through training and improved safety for our students who choose to compete.
