Electronic repair (er) rooms 

Currently, there are three Electronic Repair (ER) rooms staffed with IT personnel, Teachers on Special Assignment and Intern/Tech Students, who may or may not be students of the district.  The Mesa ER is located at Pueblo County High and services the mesa area schools, the Pueblo West ER is located at Pueblo West High and services the Pueblo West area schools and the Rye ER is located at Rye High and services the Beulah and Rye area schools.  The district ERs were implemented when the district adopted the 1:1 Program in order to ensure the program's success.  Having an ER in each district area provides the high school students and area schools with accessible staff and service.

Information Technology Services (ITS) institutes an IT Helpdesk which allows district personnel and students, as well as our community, to gain assistance with technology faster than ever. ITS employs a system for entering tickets in order to dispatch designated individuals in a organized and timely manner. To date, the IT Helpdesk has proven itself to be more than just an added benefit, but an invaluable asset to our community, students and personnel.
