Pueblo County School District 70’s Information Technology Department plays a central role in supporting digital learning and maintaining the district’s technology infrastructure.  The department oversees the district’s 1:1 computing initiative, which provides each student with a personal device for educational use. The IT team manages essential systems including classroom networks, instructional software, cybersecurity protections, and staff training, ensuring that technology enhances both teaching and learning experiences across all district campuses.​

 

The department’s mission extends beyond hardware and software management—it supports equitable access to digital tools that empower students to learn efficiently and creatively. Through its ongoing technology integration, the IT team assists educators in incorporating innovative teaching methods, protecting student data, and maintaining smooth digital operations districtwide. This foundation allows Pueblo County School District 70 students to build the digital literacy and problem-solving skills essential for success in today’s world
