Electronic Repair (ER) Rooms

The district has three Electronic Repair (ER) rooms that offer technical support to district personnel, students, and community members. The ER rooms are staffed with IT professionals and Intern/Tech Students, who may be enrolled in the district or not. The locations and service areas of the ER rooms are as follows:

• Mesa ER: Pueblo County High School, serving the Mesa area schools
• Pueblo West ER: Pueblo West High School, serving the Pueblo West area schools
• Rye ER: Rye High School, serving the Beulah and Rye area schools

The district established the ER rooms when it adopted the 1:1 Program to ensure its success. The ER rooms enable the high school students and area schools to access qualified staff and services conveniently.

 

 

IT Helpdesk

 Information Technology Services (ITS) provides an IT Helpdesk that enables district personnel, students, and community members to receive prompt and efficient technical support. ITS uses a ticketing system to assign and track requests to qualified staff members. The IT Helpdesk has demonstrated its value and importance to our community, students, and personnel.
