Universal Preschool (UPK) Enrollment

• Apply for Colorado’s Universal Preschool (UPK) at upk.colorado.gov 
• After completing the UPK application, complete the District 70 New Student Enrollment form below.
• Children who are four years old on or before October 1, 2025, are eligible for UPK. Some three-year-olds may qualify based on individual need.
