Student Records Request:

District70 can assist you with any inquiries about student records, and education

verification at the Student Records Office.

  • Issuing transcripts and education records for alumni and former students
  •  Issuing Special Education records for current and former students

How to contact the records office:

  • Fill out the request form, Records Request Form and email it to records@district70.org
  • Get the form in person at 24951 East US Hwy 50
  • email  records@district70.org
  •  You will need to provide ID for verification of who is requesting the records 
  • We do not charge for this service
